1. Definition and Uses of L-shape Profile Steel
L-shape Profile Steel for shipbuilding, also known as "unequal leg and thickness angles". It plays an important role in the shipbuilding field. It is mainly composed of two mutually perpendicular sides to form a unique L shape.
In ship construction, L-shaped profile steel is often used as a key structural support material. 3. Production Process and Quality Control  
Production process: Usually hot rolling or cold rolling processes are used. Hot rolling forms the steel billet after heating it to a high temperature, while cold rolling is carried out at room temperature to obtain more accurate dimensions and surface quality.  
Quality control: To ensure quality, every link is strictly controlled from raw material inspection to finished product inspection. The chemical composition and mechanical properties of raw materials are strictly tested. During the production process, parameters such as rolling temperature and speed are monitored. The finished product needs to be tested in multiple aspects such as dimensional accuracy, surface quality and mechanical properties.
