The surface defects of ABS Grade A marine steel plate are allowed to be grinded and cleaned, but the minimum thickness of the ABS Grade A marine steel plate should be ensured, and the cleaning place should be smooth and without edges and corners.
The surface quality of ABS Grade A marine steel plate section steel shall comply with the right pass requirements of carbon structural steel and low alloy structural steel hot rolled bar steel standards.
