E500 marine steel plate belongs to ultra-high strength ship and marine structural steel plate. According to the development of ultra-high strength ship plate in the world, E500 marine steel plate adopts low carbon equivalent, micro alloying, controlled rolling and cooling, heat treatment and other technological routes.

The addition of microalloying elements in E500 marine steel plate can not only improve the strength of E500 marine steel plate, compensate the strength loss caused by reducing carbon equivalent, but also improve the welding performance, mechanical property and process performance of E500 marine steel plate.

Due to the environmental requirements of E500 marine steel plate with ultra-high strength, E500 marine steel plate can meet the requirements of high strength, high toughness, high welding performance and thickness direction performance.

Delivery status of E500 marine steel plate: TMCP, quenching and tempering, TMCP + tempering, z25 or Z35 can be selected. Different delivery conditions can be selected according to the demand, and the requirements of flaw detection standard, flaw detection grade, Z-direction performance, classification society certification and special alloy element requirements can be added to E500 marine steel plate, but it needs to be communicated between the supplier and the demander and indicated in the contract.
