According to the different use environment of the tube sheet, different materials are used. Generally, Q345R container sheets are used, such as first and second pressure vessels, where no corrosive medium flows, and carbon steel composite sheets can be used. When encountering strong acid, high pressure and high temperature, nuclear energy and other environments, stainless steel, 16 manganese, titanium alloy and other corrosion-resistant materials are needed, and the application of new synthetic materials brings new vitality to tube sheet products.
The tube sheet used for the third and fourth types of pressure vessels requires relatively high precision. The traditional hole processing methods are fitter marking and radial drilling. With the enlargement of chemical containers, the diameter and thickness of the tube sheet have also been increasing, and the tube sheet processing has also introduced numerical control technology. It is common to use a numerical control drilling machine to cooperate with a radial drill for hole processing. The use of machining centers for high-efficiency and high-precision hole processing has gradually been accepted by some large enterprises.
