Large flange refers to a flange that exceeds the size specified by the relevant part of the country. There are three production processes for large flange pieces: casting, rolling and splicing. The production of such flanges must be produced by the construction party to provide drawings. Then use a press to flatten it, then use a lathe to process waterline, chamfering and other processes, and finally use an indexing plate to cooperate with a drilling machine to perform bolt hole drilling. But some oversized flanges cannot be cast.
Characteristics of the production process of large flanges: all the products of large flanges are welded products without threaded fasteners.
The maximum pressure of 1.0MPa is DN600. Generally refers to flanges with sizes above DN2000. The price of flat products is lower, but if there are processes such as processing dovetail grooves, the price of large flanges will be higher.
