The study shows that the programming method of parts on ASTM A131 DH36 steel plate plays a decisive role in the machining quality of cutting parts. It can be divided into three aspects: the influence of cutting sequence, the influence of cutting direction and the selection of fire point.
Influence of cutting sequence: cutting sequence refers to the sequence in which the upper row parts of ASTM A131 DH36 steel plate are cut.Generally speaking, it should follow the principle of first inside and outside, first small and then big, otherwise it will cause the deformation of small parts and produce parts to be scrapped.
The influence of cutting direction: the correct cutting direction should be that the last cutting edge is mostly separated from the mother plate. If it is separated too early, there will be thermal deformation stress in the cutting, resulting in the displacement of the cutting parts and the size deviation.
Selection of ignition point: the ideal ignition point is in the middle of the cut slot of the cut part outside the edge of ASTM A131 DH36 steel plate. If the distance is too large, the ASTM A131 DH36 steel plate will be perforated, which is easy to block the cutting mouth and cause tempering. The distance is too small, will hurt the cut parts, scrapped.
