According to the difference of automatic cutting and semi-automatic cutting, adjust the distance of each cutting gun, determine the trailing amount, and consider the slit compensation;In the cutting process, the size and direction of the Angle of the cutting gun are mainly determined by the thickness of S355 steel plate.
3. When S355 steel plate gas cutting is carried out, the cutting nozzle is kept perpendicular to the surface of the workpiece. After the whole section is cut through, the cutting nozzle is moved to the normal gas cutting.
4. Remove dirt and grease on the surface of S355 steel plate before gas cutting, and leave a certain space below to facilitate the blowing out of molten slag.When gas cutting, the movement of the cutting torch should be kept at a constant speed, and the cutting surface should be 2-5mm from the tip of the fireworks center. If the distance is too close, the edge of the cut will melt, and if the heat is too far, it is easy to interrupt the cutting.
5. When cutting S355 steel plate, the preheating flame should be large, and the length of gas cutting air flow should exceed 1/3 of the thickness of the workpiece.The cutting nozzle and the workpiece surface are inclined about 10°-20°, so that the edges of the parts are heated evenly.
