Stainless steel storage tank is usually installed at the time of purchase, so transportation and handling are a major problem due to their large size. In order to ensure that they are not damaged during transportation and loading and unloading, the following issues should be paid attention to.
1. When the stainless steel storage tank arrives at its destination, it can be completely unloaded. Place the tank gently on the ground, then use a crane or forklift to unload the entire barrel. It should be noted that the length of the forklift arm must be greater than the diameter of the same body.
2. Do not push the tank car from the car, flat drag back and forth on the ground, do not hang the rope on the flange or other accessories of the tank car, so as not to loose or fall off.
3. Look at the whole platform for direct transportation. Suspension of the entire platform surface by composite support must be prohibited. Make sure there are no stones or sharp objects on the platform. If there are sharp objects, we must clean them up in advance.
4. During transportation, nuts of stainless steel storage tank may become loose due to vibration. This condition needs to be confirmed before assembling the pipe and should be adjusted as soon as it occurs.
