In order to ensure the delivery time of customers, our company has taken the following measures to adjust the organization of production:
(1) Reasonably arrange the production time of marine steel plate in classification societies of various countries, and organize the centralized production of Marine steel plate in single countries;
(2) Strengthen communication with classification societies of various countries and reasonably arrange inspection time in advance;
(3) Reasonably arrange the inspection cycle of classification societies of various countries to avoid too short a cycle;
(4) In the case of inspection department conditions allow, as far as possible to arrange a plurality of classification societies marine steel plate centralized inspection, reduce the various classification societies scattered supervision and inspection to the inspection department.
