The clients is a stated factory which make ship parts for shipyards. First we post the sample to the clietns for test. And after test, the clients place the order for 290 sets shackles together. Later the clients also buy 304 round bars and steel plates from us.

The surface of these shackles is free from defects such as cracks and sag (sampling proportion is 100%).
Dimension Inspection:
The inspector sampled the dimensions of these shackles (10 samples were taken).
Tensile Strength Inspection:
He inspector witnessed the mechanical performance test. And the shackle does not deform significantly under the pull force of 90KN.
Package:
The inspector counted the number of these shackles.
