Overview:
AH32 is a type of ship steel plate, mainly used to manufacture hulls, decks and other structures of ocean-going, coastal and inland shipping ships.
Ship steel plates are hot-rolled steel plates produced according to the construction specifications of classification societies and are used to manufacture hull structures.
Grade meaning:
"AH" represents high-strength steel plates for hull structures.
"32" represents the yield strength level of the steel plate, that is, each square millimeter of steel will begin to undergo plastic deformation only when subjected to a pressure of 320 megapascals (MPa).
Performance indicators:
Yield strength (σs): not less than 315MPa.
Chemical composition:
Carbon (C) ≤0.18
Manganese (Mn) 0.70~1.60
Aluminum (Al) ≥0.015
Silicon (Si) 0.10~0.50
Phosphorus (P) ≤0.04
Sulfur (S) ≤0.04
Niobium (Nb) 0.015~0.050
Vulcanium (V) 0.030~0.100
Excellent characteristics:
High strength: It has high tensile strength and yield ratio, and can withstand large loads and impact forces.
Good toughness: It still maintains good toughness at low temperatures, prevents brittle fracture, and improves the safety of the structure.
Good weldability: It meets the requirements of various welding processes and ensures the integrity and stability of the structure.
Excellent corrosion resistance: After special surface treatment, it can resist the erosion of harsh environments such as seawater and chemicals.
Manufacturing process:
Including steelmaking, continuous casting, rolling, heat treatment and other links. Control the chemical composition during steelmaking to ensure the mechanical properties and welding properties of the steel plate; ensure the quality of the steel billet during continuous casting; control the rolling temperature and rolling speed during rolling; control the heating temperature, insulation time and cooling speed during heat treatment.
Application range:
Widely used in ships, marine engineering, bridges and other fields.
Classification society certification:
It has passed the certification of nine classification societies including ABS of the United States, BV of France, LR of the United Kingdom, GL of Germany, DNV of Norway, RINA of Italy, NK of Japan, CCS of China, and KR of South Korea.
Ship plate AH32 provides important support and guarantee for the development of ships, marine engineering and other fields with its high performance, high quality and wide application fields.
