1. High strength
Yield strength: The yield strength of AH32 steel plate should not be less than 315MPa, which means that each square millimeter of steel will begin to deform plastically only when it is subjected to a pressure of at least 315 MPa. Its tensile strength is between 440 and 570MPa, with high tensile strength and yield ratio, and can withstand large loads and impact forces.
2. Good toughness
AH32 steel plate still maintains good toughness at low temperatures. This feature enables it to effectively prevent brittle fracture and improve the safety and stability of the structure when dealing with extreme weather and marine environments.
3. Excellent weldability
AH32 steel plate has good welding performance and can meet the requirements of various welding processes, including common welding methods such as arc welding and gas welding. This ensures the integrity and stability of the hull structure in shipbuilding and other applications.
4. Corrosion resistance
After special surface treatment, AH32 steel plate can resist the erosion of harsh environments such as seawater and chemicals, and extend its service life. This is critical for ships and marine engineering equipment, as they are often in high humidity and high salinity environments.
5. Chemical composition and mechanical properties
Chemical composition: The chemical composition of AH32 steel plate is carefully formulated, mainly including carbon (C), silicon (Si), manganese (Mn), phosphorus (P), sulfur (S) and possible alloying elements such as vanadium (V) and niobium (Nb). The proportion and content of these elements are strictly controlled to meet different engineering needs.
Mechanical properties: In addition to high strength and good toughness, the elongation (A%) of AH32 steel plate is not less than 22%, which further ensures its stability and reliability under complex external forces.
